I personally know that “real estate business” do not enjoy good reputation and that some estate agents “would sell their grandmother” for to realise a sale.

Therefore, I think it is important at this point, apart from the fact, that I love my job, to let you know my ethic rules and my philosophy, which are representing my personal point of view for all services :

I commit myself to follow these rules for each and every client, who decides to work with me :

Clients targets are always my priority Treat people like you want to be treated Negotiate the best price possible Respect clients decisions Search for the ideal property Free aftersales services Assistance & help as much as I can Transparency in the process Time and patience for every single client Honesty & Fair play

You may find some of these rules quite naive or unneccesary to be mentioned. My experience and clients concerns about real estate business put me to the point, to make the understanding as clear and easy as possible, therefore these “easy words”!
